The moving process

In August 2017 the Department of Historical Studies will evacuate to Eklandagatan. Thereafter the rebuilding will take start according the picture belove. Moves per person will be minimized.

Moving coordinator is the consultant buerau Brywe & Ulf.

Moving stages

Move of the Student Expeditions (within stage 1) start week 26.

Moving Stage 1 - starting August 15, 2017

Corridors G and F are emptied for reconstruction (yellow and red in the image above).

  • Cleaning - stays on G1
  • Server hall floor 2 is not affected by the rebuilding
  • Repro floor 2, stays to rebuild stage 5
  • Historia leaves its premises and moves to Eklandagatan 86
  • SPL leaves F4 and G4 and moves to C4 and D4
  • Svenska leaves F3 and G3 and move to E2 and E4
  • Campus service leaves F2 and moves to C4
  • IT leaves F2 and moves to E2
  • Computer lab FLOV G2 is under investigation
  • LIR stays in E3

Moving Stage 2 - starting March 2018

The E-corridor is emptied for reconstruction (green area in the image above)

  • LIR leaves E3 and moves to F2
  • LIR stays in D3
  • SPL stays in C4 and D4
  • SPL leaves H5 and H6 and moves to F3 and G3
  • Svenska leaves E2 and E4 and moves to F3 and G3
  • IT levaes E2 and moves to G2

Flyttetapp 3 - start augusti 2018

Corridors C and D are emptied (orange and blue in the image above)

  • LIR leaves D3 and moves to E3
  • The faculty office leaves D2 and moves to E3
  • Campus service leaves C4 and moves to E2
  • SPL leaves C4 D4 and moves into their proper co-location of E4 F4 G4 H5 H6
  • SPL leaves H7
